MERIDIAN - Edward Dean Rice of Boise was arrested at 6:30 p.m. during a search of his "middle-class" home after neighbors complained of suspicious late night traffic to the residence.
Officers found a "large grow" containing more than 80 live marijuana plants, as well as pot paraphernalia and some guns.
Rice is currently being held at the Ada County Jail and being charges with manufacturing marijuana with intent to deliver.
According the Sheriff Gary Raney, the grow house was located on the 5000 block of Ice Springs Way near Eagle Road and McMillan Road.

"The sort of traffic that was disruptive to this neighborhood that had many children living in it, out front playing in their yards," Raney told KTVB. "Not only was this traffic coming and going in the middle of the night, but it made residents uncomfortable and they knew something was up, and thankfully they called us."
